The Proof of Delivery Log gives you certainty that your secure message (epackage) was received.
With the Proof of Delivery Log you can track status and verification of delivery for all SecurePackages that you send.
On the main menu select SecurePackage, then click on the “Sent” button from the dropdown list.
In the sent screen, you will find “Proof of Delivery Log” in Actions column.
In the sent screen, click on any row to view the message.
After opening any individual send mail click on the “Proof of delivery” button to view the Proof of Delivery Log.
The Proof of Delivery Log sample image above illustrates the Date and Time stamping of all recipient interactions with your SecurePackage as well as when they viewed and downloaded attached files.
