How to Receive a SecurePackage

You will receive an email notifying you that you have a SecurePackage waiting for pick up. Click the "Accept Message Delivery" button after you open it.

• You’ll be redirected to an encrypted page, click on “Accept Message Delivery”.

Note: If an "Access Code" was added by the sender, you will need to enter the correct access code to open the SecurePackage

After authenticating, your SecurePackage is displayed. Here you can see the sender’s name, message, attachments ...etc.
