If your recipients are not receiving your SecurePackage email alerts, this lesson will demonstrate a short term solution.
NOTE: We recommend that you also provide the following information to your recipients. https://www.privacydatasystems.net/whitelist.aspx
Go to the account "Outbox".
Click "View SecurePackage" to display the message.
Select the "Recipients" tab in the SecurePackage display window.
Click "Copy". This will send you (the sender) a copy of the SecurePackage email alert.
Login to your email account and there will be a copy of the SecurePackage email alert. Next click the Forward button.
Enter the recipient's name and click "Send". This will send the recipient the email alert directly from your email account.
NOTE: You can remove the SenditCertified included text from the email. The extra text is for information purposes only.
