How to Reset Password Before Login

To reset password before login click on the “Forgot Password” link in  login screen.

It will take you to forgot password screen where you need to enter  username or email and then click on the “Continue” button.

After clicking “Continue” button in the same screen you were asked to  enter your security question’s answer and then click on the “Recover  Password” button.

Recipient will receive an email to reset the password.

In recipient side after receiving, open the email and click on the  “Click Here” link.

The link will take you to “Reset Password” screen, where you need  to enter new password and confirm password and then click on the  “Reset Password” button.

After successfully resetting the password a message is shown as  “Password reset successfully”.

How to Reset Password After Login

If you would like to change your password once you have logged in  to your account. Go to "Options" and then click on the "Account Settings" button.

Once you are on the "Account Settings" page click the "Security  Settings" tab.

On the "Security Settings" tab, enter your old, new and confirm  passwords and then click on the "Change Password" button.  after changing the password you will be redirected to sign in page  to login again with a new password



Once you successfully changed the password, a success toast  message is shown as “Password changed successfully”.
